Car Rental Policies

Drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. This license must be presented at the time of your rental.

Please note that a valid credit card must be present to receive the vehicle. If credit card is not present, you will be required to pay a deposit of $500 in cash. You will pay the $1,000 deductible if the vehicle is damaged. You must return the vehicle with at least the same of amount of gas provided at the time of rental, otherwise a refill fee will be charged. A cleaning fee will also be charged for extra sand and wet seats when returning the vehicle.

There is a charge for additional driver(s).

You must pay the difference for a larger vehicle.

All vehicles must be returned to JC Car Rental on Zion Hill Road and all keys must be returned by hand to a JC Car Rental representative. Please do not leave keys inside the vehicles at any time. You will pay the full replacement value if the vehicle is stolen due to negligence.
